ClickSoftware Integration
ClickSoftware has a powerful scheduling engine that allows for the optimization of a company’s planned work. Often this work is stored in a Customer Information System (CIS) or an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. These tools provide robust functionality in their areas of expertise and often lack advanced scheduling and dispatching functionality.
Ontracks provides integration solutions for connecting your ClickSoftware environment to your existing legacy applications. Using current technologies we are able to provide near real time integration to allow for the following integrations thus increasing productivity and reducing data integrity issues.
Single Direction integration to ensure data elements in multiple systems are owned and maintained in one, but available in another. Examples of these would be EAM information owning: resources, skills, work types, work durations, required skills/tools/materials, and inventory items, but pushing this information into ClickSoftware so it is available for the scheduling engine to run.
Multi Direction integration refers to records going from one system to another with information potentially being updated in either. Examples of these would be work orders generated in an EAM or service orders generated in a CIS and then pushed to Click, where completion status, notes, and actual time/parts are entered on the record and sent back to the originating system.
