Maximo / EAM Business Consultant
We're looking to expand our team of Maximo Business Consultants. As a Maximo Business Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Business process development and improvement
- Defining and documenting business requirements
- Defining and documenting business rules and business approach
- System training (functional)
- System configuration
- Testing
- Report definition and development
- Change management
Candidates should have three (3) or more years of experience with Maximo or a similar EAM application and possess the following:
- Functional knowledge of EAM
- Business process improvement experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong writing skills

Maximo / EAM Technical Consultant
We're looking to expand our team of Maximo Technical Consultants. As a Maximo Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- System installation
- Application configuration
- Report development
- Data cleansing and data conversions
- Interface design and development
- System support and general administration
Candidates should have three (3) or more years of technical experience with Maximo or a similar EAM application and possess the following:
- Database experience (SQL Server, Oracle and/or DB2)
- BEA Weblogic and/or IBM WebSphere experience
- SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) expertise
- Windows and Linux/Solaris experience
- Java experience
- Strong writing skills
